Our Services
At TMS and Psych, we provide expert treatment for a variety of mental health conditions. Our experienced team, led by Dr. Ziegler, offers a range of services including psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and secure telepsychiatry to ensure that each patient receives the best care possible.
Medication Management
Dr. Ziegler works closely with patients to select and adjust medications based on detailed individual histories and ongoing response evaluations.
Dr. Ziegler’s approach emphasizes simplicity in medication regimens, adjusting doses and reducing medication amounts when possible based on your needs.
Psychotherapy
Effective psychiatric treatment often combines medications with psychotherapy. Our appointments will provide enough time to build a rapport and understand your concerns thoroughly.
If more intensive psychotherapy seems beneficial, I will recommend appropriate options.
Ketamine
TMS and Psych hopes to be offering ketamine options in the future, but is not yet providing this service.
TMS
Whether you’re looking for traditional psychiatric services or interested in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), TMS and Psych provides Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in his Spokane office. The TMS machine our office currently uses is the MagVenture Machine.
Our experienced team will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your needs and helps you achieve your goals.
What does Dr. Ziegler treat?
You don’t need to know your diagnosis; Dr. Ziegler will work with you to understand your problem.
However, people often have an idea of what troubles them. In this setting, Dr. Ziegler commonly treats, but is not limited to treating, these problems:
- Anxiety
- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- Bipolar disorder
- Depression
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- PTSD
Dr. Ziegler has a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Machine in the Spokane office.
Dr. Ziegler does not currently offer services including, but not limited to:
Case management and/or wrap-around services
Partial hospitalization
Intensive Outpatient Program
Eating disorders
Forensic evaluations
Patients under the age of 18
Patients outside the state of Washington or Idaho
DBT
Workers Compensation
Electroconvulsive Therapy
If someone has said you need a psychiatrist, and have recommended these additional services, your needs may be best met in a different setting.
Additionally, this is a part time practice, with limited ability to respond to emergencies.
If you have been recently hospitalized, or had a recent suicide attempt, for your own safety, a different practice may better meet your needs.
